Parking spaces between 11 and 20 m2 in size are available for rent in the 1st basement of the Metelkova Garage.

- legal entities EUR 115 with VAT (EUR 94.26 without VAT) / month.
- In the case of renting 20 parking spaces, 1 tenant is granted a 10 percent discount.
- In the case of renting more than 20 parking spaces to 1 tenant, in addition to the 10 percent discount, an additional 1 percent discount is granted for each additional rented parking space, but not more than a total of 15 percent discount.
- Contract: Entering into a contract for an indefinite period.
