Public Tender for a Building Plot in the Brnik Business and Logistics Zone - extended till May 30, 2025
A larger complex of building land plots in the business zone near Jože Pučnik Ljubljana Airport is, in accordance with the Municipal Spatial Plan (OPN) of the Municipality of Cerklje na Gorenjskem, located within the spatial management unit EUP LT1, PEUP LT1/15. The designated use of the land is BD - areas intended primarily for large shopping centers, fairgrounds, amusement parks, event venues, and other similar activities. The land plots are situated right at the entrance to the airport’s service area.

Municipality of Cerklje na Gorenjskem
The Municipality of Cerklje na Gorenjskem covers an area of 78 km², located at the transition from the Ljubljana Basin to the hilly region of the Kamnik Alps. In recent years, the municipality has been significantly boosting the development of its economy and tourism. The southern part of the municipality is home to Jože Pučnik Ljubljana Airport, Slovenia’s main international airport, which is only 25 kilometers from the capital city. In the airport area, there has been intensive recent development of business zone programs and the provision of municipal, energy, and communication infrastructure.

A seller will increase its final net price, which has been set for a property taxed by a real estate transfer tax and acquired by the seller under the VAT system, by an adjustment for the deduction of the input VAT which will arise when making the sale outside the VAT system to those buyers who are not entitled to deduct the full amount of the input VAT in accordance with Article 45 of the Value Added Tax (ZDDV-1).
